5 Ingredient Low Carb Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 medium banana

1/2 cup of liquid egg whites

3 eggs

1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill coconut flour

1/4 tsp baking soda 

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour onto a hot griddle (medium heat) and allow to cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook an addition 1ish minute. Top with fresh fruit or 100% pure maple syrup. 

*For a quick blueberry syrup place 1/4 cup of blueberries in a warm skillet. Add in 2-4 Tbs of water and allow the blueberries to simmer and breakdown. Mash with a fork and allow to cook until thickened. 

Macros:

makes 10 pancakes or 2 servings.
