Tuna Salad
Ingredients: ⠀
-1 can of solid white albacore tuna in water drained⠀
-1 egg⠀
-2 Tbs red onion chopped⠀
-1 tsp lemon juice ⠀
-1/2 tsp dried parsley ⠀
-1/2 tsp dried dill weed⠀
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-salt & pepper to taste ⠀

Directions:⠀
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form 2 cakes with hands. Add olive oil to a skillet and turn on medium heat. Add cakes to hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes each side. ⠀
