Welcome to Beyond Boundaries, a 12 week muscle building + fat burning workout program.

I named this program "Beyond Boundaries" because in order to achieve great things you MUST push past your limits. Boundary is defined as "a line that marks the limits of an area; a dividing line " (Oxford English Dictionary). During the next 12 weeks you will be called to cross that dividing line both mentally and physically. Throughout the duration of this program you will be testing your tenacity, challenging your grit and destroying any doubts that you have in yourself.

There are 3 Phases of training. Phase 1 is the Muscle Building Phase. The first 4 weeks will be focused on building a solid foundation in the weight room. We will focus on strengthening your body and building those muscles. Phase 2 is still heavily focused around muscle building but we will be introducing some endurance training as well. This will help increase your stamina and prepare you for the final and most challenging phase, the Leaning Out or Fat Burning Phase.

Whether you’re an experienced gym goer or a newbie this program is designed to equip you with a solid foundation in weight training and exercise, create confidence and build your better body.
