Guilt Free All-Purpose Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups @bobsredmill almond flour

4 Tbs @bobsredmill tapioca flour

4 Tbs milled flax seed

3/4 baking soda

5 eggs

3/4 cup dairy free butter (you can use ghee or coconut oil)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

 

Directions:

Combine all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and set aside. In a stand mixer using the whisk attachment add eggs and beat until scrambled. Add in remaining wet ingredients and mix well. Add in dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until center comes clean with a toothpick. Allow to cool for 20 minutes in loaf pan. Remove from loaf pan and allow to finish cooling on a cooling rack. Store in refrigerator up to a week or freeze up to two months.
