Superfood Energy Bites
Ingredients:
3/4 cup dry @quaker old fashioned oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raw pepitas
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 Tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup of smooth almond butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and stir until all the dry mix is wet. With a tablespoon scoop out the mix and form into 20 round balls. Place in a parchment lined @pyrexhome dish and store in the fridge until firm.
