Gluten Free Banana Bread

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas mashed ⠀
2 eggs ⠀
1/2 cup pure maple syrup ⠀
1/3 cup coconut oil melted ⠀
1/4 cup unsweetened dairy free milk of choice (almond milk is my personal fave)⠀
1 tsp vanilla extract⠀
1 3/4 cups King Arthur gluten free all purpose flour (can sub for whole wheat or spelt flour if not gluten free)⠀
1/2 tsp cinnamon ⠀
1 tsp baking soda ⠀
1/4 tsp sea salt ⠀

Directions:

Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add all wet ingredients in the same mixing bowls as banana and mix well. In a separate bowl whisk all dry ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Once batter is at a smooth consistency pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until center comes out clean with a toothpick. ⠀
