No Bake Apricot Chia Granola Bars

Ingredients:

2 cup of Quaker Old Fashioned (buy here)

1 cup of chopped apricots

3 Tbs of Chia seeds

2/3 cup of Perfect Supplements coconut oil melted (buy here)

1/2 cup of raw local honey

Directions:

Add all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine. Add in liquid ingredients and combine. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and pour mixture into the pan. Press mixture evenly throughout the pan. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the bars to set. Slice into 12 bars and store in the fridge.
