Chili Lime Salmon

Ingredients:

1 pound of salmon filets with the skin removed

2 Tbs fresh lime juice

2 tsp honey (try to use local honey if possible)

1 clove minced garlic

2 Tbs olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Place Salmon in a large ziplock baggie and allow to marinate for a few hours for a deeper flavor. If you are pinched on time you can brush the salmon with the marinate and bake immediately. Bake at 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until salmon filets are flakey.
