Guilt Free Chocolate Fuge

Ingredients:

8 medjool dates pitted
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut oil softened
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:

Take dates and pit them. Add pitted dates to a high powered blender or food processor and chop. Scrape down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula. Add in coconut milk and coconut oil. Blend until a paste forms. Add in cocoa powder and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Place batter in an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm. Slice into 16 equal pieces and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Enjoy!
