The World's Best Low Carb Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon Tapioca flour

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour

  • Pinch of salt

  • 5 Tablespoons sustainable palm shortening*

  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk**

  • ¼ cup water, room temp

  • 3-4 large eggs, room temperature (number of eggs added will vary)

**You can sub with any liquid here really, even water. The higher fat kinds of milk, tend to lend more body to the choux.
