Clean Tuna Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of solid white albacore tuna in water

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp dired parsley

  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion

Directions:

  1. Add 1-2 Tbs of olive oil to a medium skillet. Heat over medium high heat.

  2. Drain all the water out of your can of tuna. Add contents of your tuna can into a small mixing bowl.

  3. Add spices and mix to combine.

  4. Crack egg and add into your tuna and spices, Mix until a paste forms.

  5. Divide the mix in half. Form into two patties and place into your skillet with hot oil. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  6. Eat with a side of steamed veggies or on top of a fresh salad.
