Clean Tuna Patties
Servings: 1 Prep Time: 1 Min Cook Time: 6 Min Total Time: 7 Min
Ingredients:
1 can of solid white albacore tuna in water
1 whole egg
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dired parsley
1/2 tsp dried minced onion
Directions:
Add 1-2 Tbs of olive oil to a medium skillet. Heat over medium high heat.
Drain all the water out of your can of tuna. Add contents of your tuna can into a small mixing bowl.
Add spices and mix to combine.
Crack egg and add into your tuna and spices, Mix until a paste forms.
Divide the mix in half. Form into two patties and place into your skillet with hot oil. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Eat with a side of steamed veggies or on top of a fresh salad.
