Better Than Smoothie King Smoothie-Fat Burning Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup of frozen tropical fruit (I used mango, pineapple & strawberry)

  • 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice

  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites

  • 1 scoop of Sun Warrior Plant Protein in Vanilla*

  • 1 scoop of Further Foods collagen (use code MEASUREMEWHOLE10)

  • 1 - 2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1 scoop greens powder

  • 1 scoop reds powder

  • optional: a splash of water incase things are too thick

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and dreamy. If the consistency is too thick for your liking, just add a little water to thin it out.

Notes:

*You do not have to use Sun Warrior Plant Protein (vanilla) for this recipe. However, other protein powders might alter the taste this not giving it a “smoothie king” flavor.
