Better Than Smoothie King Smoothie-Fat Burning Smoothie
Servings: 1 Prep Time: 5 Min Cook Time: 0 Min Total Time: 5 Min
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup of frozen tropical fruit (I used mango, pineapple & strawberry)
1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 scoop of Sun Warrior Plant Protein in Vanilla*
1 scoop of Further Foods collagen (use code MEASUREMEWHOLE10)
1 - 2 handfuls of spinach
1 scoop greens powder
1 scoop reds powder
optional: a splash of water incase things are too thick
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and dreamy. If the consistency is too thick for your liking, just add a little water to thin it out.

Notes:
*You do not have to use Sun Warrior Plant Protein (vanilla) for this recipe. However, other protein powders might alter the taste this not giving it a “smoothie king” flavor.
