Brownie Batter Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of old fashioned oats

  • 2 scoops of protein powder of choice

  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (or dairy free milk of choice)

  • 2 Tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 Tbs of smooth & creamy almond butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional:

Directions:

  1. Add oats, protein powder and cocoa powder to a large bowl. Mix to combine.

  2. Add in dairy free milk, almond butter, vanilla extract and mix to combine.

  3. Divide mixture into two separate mason jars and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from fridge and enjoy!
