Ooey Gooey No Bake Brownies

Servings: 12 squares Prep Time: 5 Min Bake Time: 0 Min Total Time: 25 Min

Ingredients for the Brownies:

2/3 cup of Nutsòla Vanilla Almond mix*

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup of Santa Barbara Chocolate unsweetened cocoa powder (buy here)

4 Tbs of nut butter of choice**

4 Tbs of Bob's Red Mill almond flour (buy here)

1/4 cup of Madhava Organic Agave (buy here)***

Ingredients for the Fudge Frosting:

1/4 cup of Madhava Organic Agave

3 Tbs of Santa Barbara unsweetened cocoa powder

3 Tbs of Bobs red Mill Almond flour

Directions for the Brownies:

  1. Add all ingredients together in a food processor.

  2. Blend until a slightly crumbly mixture forms. The mix should be a combined enough for chunks to form.

  3. In an 8x8 parchment paper lined pan pour contents of the food processor unto the baking dish. Press with your hands until all the mix is formed into one solid layer.

  4. Place in the freezer to set (about 10 minutes)

Directions for the Fudge Frosting:

  1. Add all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk to combine.

  2. Pour over set brownies and smooth out evenly.

  3. Place brownies back in the freezer for an additional 10 minutes.

  4. Once completely set, remove brownies from the pan by simply pulling the ends of the parchment paper out. Cut into 12 even squares.

  5. Devour immediately. Store in the freezer for up to a month.

Notes:

*Can substitute for 2/3 cup of dates

**My favorite is almond or cashew butter

***Can substitute for pure maple syrup
