Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos
Servings: 5-6 Tacos Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 32 min Total Time: 37min
Ingredients for the Buffalo Cauliflower:
1 head of cauliflower, chopped*
2 Tbs of olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 cup of clean buffalo sauce
Ingredients for the Crema:
1 can of full fat coconut milk
2 Probiotics capsules
Directions for the Buffalo Cauliflower:
Preheat the oven to 425˚F
In a large ziplock baggie add chopped cauliflower and olive oil. Shake to combine.
Add all the spices into the baggie and shake until all the cauliflower are coated. Add in 1/4 of buffalo sauce (reserve remaining 1/2 cup for the end) and shake to combine.
Distribute seasoned cauliflower on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes flipping the cauliflower half way through. Once 30 minutes have passed broil the cauliflower for 2 minutes.

*You can use precut cauliflower as long as its fresh and not frozen
