Chunky Monkey Protein Shake

Ingredients:
1 banana frozen
1/2 cup ice
1 Tbs of creamy cashew butter or almond butter
1 Tbs of chia seeds
1 cup of unsweetened dairy free milk

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
