Breakfast Banana Bread Skillet for Two

Ingredients:

1 banana mashed

1/4 cup of Perfect Supplements unrefined coconut oil (buy here)

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 large egg

1/4 cup ground flax seed

1 Tbs Bob's Red Mill cococnut flour

1 tsp of baking soda

Directions:

In a medium sized bowl add mashed banana and all wet ingredients and whisk together. Add dry ingredients and whisk until a smooth batter forms. Pour batter into a greased 6.5 inch skillet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until center comes clean with a toothpick. Top with desired toppings. We love to add fresh fruit and drizzle with fresh ground almond butter.
