Shake n' Bake Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

roughly 2-3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup of Bob's Red Mill almond flour

seasonings of choice ( I like to use a combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cyan pepper, red pepper flakes. Really anything works)

Directions:

Cut chicken into nugget sized pieces. Place almond flour and desired spices in a large ziplock baggie. Add a few nuggets at a time to the baggie and shake until evenly coated. Place on a foiled lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in oven at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until nuggets become golden brown. Enjoy with your favorite sides and some of my Whole30 Bbq sauce (find the recipe here).
