Ingredients:

1 cup of Fourth & Heart Ghee (buy here)

2 Tbs of Perfect Supplements coconut oil (buy here)

1 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 cup of cold brew coffee (add an additional 1/2 tsp-1tsp of coffee extract for more coffee flavor)

4 large eggs room temperature

1 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder sifted

2 cups of Bobs Red Mill almond flour (buy here)

1 bag of Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips (buy here)

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl combine melted ghee, coconut oil, maple syrup, and coffee. Add in eggs one at a time. Sift in cocoa powder and almond flour and mix until a creamy batter is formed. Fold in chocolate chips (reserving some to sprinkle on top of batter). Grease a 9x13 baking dish and pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until center comes out clean with a toothpick. Allow to completely cool before enjoying.

*I love to bake these for 25 minutes and let them cool overnight in the fridge. This makes them extra fudgy.
