Whole30 Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb of 97% lean ground beef

1 egg

1 Tbs Italian seasoning

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1-2 tsp crushed red pepper (depending on how spicy you like it)

Directions:

Add ground beef to a large mixing bowl. Add in all seasonings and with your hands, mix until all the seasonings until they are well incorporated. in a separate bowl scramble egg. Pour scrambled egg over meat and seasoning mixture and combine with your hands until the mixture is homogeneous (like my science-y word I just used). With a small cookie scoop, scoop out mixture and roll into 23-26 meatballs. place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are cooked all the way through.
