Perfect Hot Chocolate
Makes 2 Servings Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 10 min Total Time: 15 min
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
1oz of Santa Barbara 100% pure organic unsweetened dark chocolate (buy here)
1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp espresso powder (optional)
Directions:
Pour coconut milk into a medium sauce pan. Over medium heat, cook coconut milk until it begins to bubble. Stir in all other ingredients and whisk to combine. Stir frequently over medium heat for about 5 minutes until thick and smooth. Pour into two mugs and serve with your favorite toppings.
