Harvest Tuna Salad
2 cans of Bumblebee solid white albacore tuna in water (drained)
1/2 gala apple chopped
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
2 Tbs of Primal Kitchen mayo
2 tsp of whole30 compliant dijon mustard
1 tsp Braggs ACV
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
In a large bowl mix together tuna, apples and walnuts. Add in mayo, mustard, acv and mix until well combined. Add in salt and pepper. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes two servings.
