Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

2-3 chicken breasts shredded

1 cup of Primal Kitchen's Paleo Mayo (you can see here)

2 Tbs Primal Kitchen's Paleo Ranch Dressing (you can see here)

3/4 cup Clean Buffalo Sauce

1 Tbs Ranch Mix + some for seasoning the chicken 

Directions:

Season the chicken with the ranch mix. Bake in oven at 325 for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from oven once baked and allow to completely cool before shredding (I find its best to do this step the day before so it's a quick assembly the next day). Once chicken is shredded add mayo, ranch, and buffalo sauce and mix well. Add the remaining Tbs of ranch mix and give it one more good stir. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes or until sides are hot and bubbly. Enjoy with some Stacy's multigrain pita chips or your favorite veggies (mine are cucumbers and sweet peppers).
